Union Way is reminiscent of the intimate passageways in Paris with clean Scandanavian architecture, and inspiration from Middle Eastern bazaars. Honestly I wasn't expecting too much from a non-Japanese Ramen place, but I was totally impressed by the tonkotsu Ramen.
